News, Events & Trivia
A busy May.
Starting off May very strong with corporate PR, installation instructions and a few case studies for Armstrong World Industries, a feature article or two for Covertside magazine, three online feature stories for Eukanuba's Exceptional Canine website and a spattering of Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry obligations. But I still have time to take on new projects, so please don't hesitate to contact me.
I oughta write a book.
I've been horse shopping and have discovered the equine equivalent to a real estate "fixer upper" is a horse that "has potential." I've learned that a seller with ten horses that are "quiet lovebugs" has one nice horse and nine other critters that should have names like Diablo. The ad writeups range from outright lies to wishful thinking. It's sometimes frustrating and often entertaining, so I may write a book about horse shopping when this is all said and done.
Leadership lessons.
I was a Trekkie back in the day. Even had the blueprints of NCC-1701 Starship Enterprise tacked to my college dorm room wall. So, I was thrilled to see this article about business lessons from Captain James T. Kirk. Click and enjoy!

People are Talking...
“Susan is sharp, quick and gets right on track. I have never seen her flustered by deadlines, budgets or multiple directions and responsibilities. She never complains but rather, puts her energy into getting the job done. Her organizational skills are superb and she work well independently or on a team. Working with Susan means that whatever the project, whatever the size, you can sit back and relax, assured that the job will be done right.”

“I count on Susan as a checklist writer. Just what does that mean? Well, I can ask Susan to do something, then check it off my list and not have to think about it again. She's that reliable. Susan meets deadline without fail, she understands our audience and she delivers readable, engaging content. She's also a terrific communicator. She's a real find!”
